In his role as Vice President of Mission Support Services, Steve leverages a wide range of experiences in information technology management, budgeting, policy, and organizational transformation for various federal agencies. Specifically, Steve served as the former acting Deputy and Associate Chief Information Officer for IT Policy Oversight at the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). His federal experience includes serving as an executive with the IRS e-file program and ten years in various policy, management, and budget roles at OMB. Steve works closely with Savan’s Chief Strategy Officer to achieve our client’s mission and objectives for Mission Support, furthering our mission to provide consulting deserving of our clients.
