Andrew Baker
As the Director of Delivery, Andrew oversees the delivery of an interdisciplinary portfolio of projects across a wide spectrum of data and information areas. Andrew works closely with Project Leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of services and supports Project Leader growth through training and mentorship. Andrew collaborates with Capability Leads to insert technical accelerators into project environments. Andrew and the VP of Delivery develop and implement the Savan client delivery model, enabling delivery consistency that scales with growth.
