Associate:
Associates joining Savan Group typically have at least 4-7 years of consulting or highly relevant experience, or enter after completing an MBA or other graduate degree. Associate job responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage projects and interface with clients
  • Manage technical/functional content, budgets and staff resources
  • Perform detailed data and business process analysis
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to client senior management
  • Research, conduct creative analysis, synthesize, and report on business issues
  • Facilitate and/or participate in client meetings and working sessions
  • Support clients in all aspects of their key business transactions
  • Assess vendor management across clients' enterprises within specific functional areas
  • Participate in proposal writing, negotiate contracts, and manage implementation of new services within the firm
  • Perform project portfolio management and IT governance assessments
  • Assist the program management of critical IT transformation initiative
  • Develop operational and technical implementation plans
  • Contribute to the development of proposals for new projects
  • Lead, coach and develop junior staff

Manager:
Managers joining Savan Group typically have 7-10 years of experience and can perform all of the functions of Associates. In addition, Managers must also possess the qualifications to perform the following responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate leadership as a management consultant and/or corporate executive
  • Establish marketplace eminence, with an ability to leverage experience into sustainable business generating relationships
  • Build relationships with senior client management, and establish oneself as a trusted advisor on critical issues/decisions
  • Manage projects on an end-to-end basis with minimal supervision
  • Write articles and/or speak at conferences to build personal and company brand
  • Lead internal firm initiatives (both market-facing and internal practice operations), and provide significant input relating to business operations strategies
  • Mentor and counsel junior staff
